Wat ga je bij ons doen?

Als Financieel Back office Medewerker ben je voor ca. 70% van de tijd verantwoordelijk voor diverse financiële administratie van de Nederlandse vestiging, zoals:

  • Het controleren van systeem output ter voorbereiding van facturatie
  • Opmaak en versturen van verkoopfacturen
  • Het controleren en inboeken van inkoopfacturen
  • Het verwerken van bankmutaties
  • Het beheren van debiteuren/crediteuren
  • Behandeling van telefoon en e-mail

De overige ca. 30% van je tijd vul je in door verschillende projecten op ad-hoc basis te ondersteunen zoals:

  • Marketing & Communicatie trajecten
  • Kwaliteits- en compliance projecten
  • Evenementen

 Wie ben jij?

Je bent een proactieve persoonlijkheid die anticipeert op lopende zaken. Als teamplayer met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel ben je gewend zelfstandig te werken, prioriteiten te stellen en snel te schakelen. Je werkt secuur, bent accuraat, vanzelfsprekend ben je communicatief vaardig en werk je op een prettige en doortastende manier om zaken gedaan te krijgen.

  • Je bent woonachtig in centraal Nederland
  • Je hebt minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Ervaring met Exact Online boekhoudprogramma is een pré
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, Engels redelijk/goed
  • Je hebt goede Kennis van MS office, met name Word en Excel
  • Je bent communicatief, organisatorisch vaardig en flexibel
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week

About Teleconsult

We are a recently merged international organization offering telemedicine solutions to hospitals and clinics in Europe and beyond. Through our innovative IT platforms we connect clients to our vast group of medical specialists who remotely read and report on diagnostic studies. Because we design tailored solutions for our clients we were able to gain a leading market position which we would like to further expand with your help. Our headquarters is located in Hilversum in the Netherlands, and you will be working with our offices in Göteborg, Barcelona, Milton Keynes (UK), Hua Hin (Thailand) and Curaçao as well.

What you will be doing

As Quality & Compliance Officer you will be active in a dynamic organization where no day is the same. In the morning you may be analyzing internal quality data and in the afternoon you are reviewing a supplier contract for regulatory compliancy. You monitor the company´s adherence to regulatory and policy requirements and ensure that the business complies with applicable laws, regulations, standards, supervisory requirements, internal policies and procedures through internal controls and actions. You will be:

  • Developing and maintaining the compliance program and associated compliance risk mitigation standards for existing and new regulations, including policies, guidelines training and communication.
  • Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of compliance program on a continuing basis and provide assurance to management regarding the business’ implementation of the compliance program.
  • Assessing compliance breaches, escalate as necessary and work with the Board of Directors to remediate and resolve any identified issues.
  • Developing, improving and maintaining the quality assurance system.
  • Implement Quality Tools and KPIs to measure and control quality.
  • Communicating quality review outcomes to our clients and doctors.
  • Designing and conducting training on quality and compliance matters within departments and doctors.
  • Periodically reviewing the compliance and quality assurance systems and reporting to the Board.
The team

You will become a member of a lean, international team with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be working directly with Board members, Sales Managers, IT Managers and doctors in the Netherlands, Spain, UK and Sweden. You will be given the freedom to work independently from home and from our office in Hilversum. Regular work visits to our offices in Barcelona and Milton Keynes (UK) will be part of your itinerary.

Requirements
  • You have at least a Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business and/or other relevant fields and have the relevant professional qualifications.
  • You have understanding of local and international regulatory compliance including exposure to ISO and GDPR.
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of significant experience within a compliance and/or quality team role.
  • You have attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Experience in a medical services and/or audit function is a strong advantage, as are relevant certifications in any of the key subjects.
  • Excellent computer skills in current software including MS Office and knowledge of e-business processes, disciplines and standards.
  • You are always eager to learn.
  • An assertive and swift frame of mind and enjoy working in an international environment.
  • A sense of being part of the business and think alongside with the business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • The ability to prioritize and plan your work and to work well under pressure and stress.
  • Ability to work on your own and are happy and comfortable to view and express your opinion, judgment and advice both in written and oral form.
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Radiologist for Part-time Advisory Function to CRO imaging business unit

Via Teleradiology, work from your hospital or from home office

Minimum of 10 hours per week

Radiologist provides consultation services for our CRO client’s imaging business unit.

Description of Deliverables

  • Act as Medical expert in relation with imaging services delivered to customers (mainly for drug development clinical trials):
    • Review key imaging documentation (Imaging Review Charters, Image Acquisition Guidelines, Training material…) to check relevance regarding imaging and study protocol;
    • Manage Readers: search, recruit, select, train and monitor independent readers, promote readers capabilities;
    • Train stakeholders on medical topics (staff and project stakeholders);
  • Contribute as Medical expert to:
    • Definition of products, services offering, processes, methods and tools around imaging services;
    • R&D and scientific projects, white papers, scientific papers and conferences.

Radiologists with experience in RECIST criteria for Cervical Cancer Study

Description of Study

It is a Single arm, Open label, Multicenter, Phase II Clinical Trial to evaluate efficacy and safety of HLX10 (recombinant human monoclonal antibody against PD 1) combined with Paclitaxel (albumin bound) in treatment of advanced cervical cancer with disease progression or intolerable toxicity after first-line standardized therapy.

Locum Consultant Breast Radiologist

Milton Keynes Hospital

6-12 months initially

Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

£115-£130 per hour

Must have GMC Registration

The successful candidate will be expected to have experience in screening and symptomatic breast imaging, and include mammogram reporting, breast ultrasound, ultrasound-guided biopsies and wire/coil placement procedures and stereotactic biopsy and wire placement.

Milton Keynes University Hospital (MKUH) NHS Foundation Trust is a medium sized district hospital that provides a full range of acute hospital services and an increasing number of specialist services to the growing population of Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

There is an expectation that the post-holder will offer general radiological expertise and take part in routine work in the department. The department would be flexible in accommodating secondary areas of interest.

Locum Consultant General Radiologist

Northwick Park Hospital

12 month contract

Monday – Friday with potential weekends (40-60 hours per week)

£90-£110 per hour

Must have GMC Registration

The general workload includes x-ray and cross sectional reporting, an ultrasound list (though not essential) and MDT meetings. Liaison duties include providing radiological opinions and vetting and reporting CT and MRI scans for inpatients. Outpatient CT & MRI scans are allocated on a quota basis.

This post is for a general radiologist ideally with an interventional interest, but other interests would certainly be considered. Development of a subspecialist interest would be supported – abdominal, CT colonography, neurology, paediatric, thoracic, musculo-skeletal or uro-gynaecological would be particularly welcomed, but any subspecialty interest would be considered.

In 2014 four new state-of-the-art theatres were opened and a new £21m A&E department was opened closer to other emergency services, such as acute assessment, operating theatres and wards to ensure that everything is close by for patients who have a life-threatening emergency so they can see the right clinicians for the right treatment at the right time

Locum Consultant in Interventional Radiology

A full time NHS Consultant Radiologist is required with responsibility in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology, both Vascular and Non-Vascular.  This post is needed to meet the requirements of the expanding service within interventional radiology

The post will have a commitment to support a range of services, including vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures, CT, MRI, plain film reporting, ultrasound, radiology clinics, multi disciplinary team meetings and clinico-radiological meetings. There will be a commitment to a 1 in 7 on call rota for vascular interventional radiology.

Applicants should have received formal Diagnostic Neuroradiological Training. Subspecialty interest in Head and Neck Imaging or Paediatric Neuroradiology imaging would be desirable. As a large supportive department, this role would be suitable for newly qualified or an established consultant. There will be capacity to develop personal areas of interest along with meeting the service needs of the department, Trust and Region.

Applicants must be on the GMC’s specialist register (or within six months of receiving a CCT in Clinical Radiology) at the time of interview.
